This plan will guarantee a 30 minute return phone call and 4 hour response time to address problems or issues with your system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is the next best thing to having a DBA on site all the time.

As with the DBA-On-Duty plan, we will monitor your database on a regular basis in order to proactively handle any problems that might arise. We will also be available to handle any maintenance, upgrades, etc. that are necessary on your system.

With this plan, there is a monthly fee in addition to an hourly fee for work performed.

Our DBA will connect remotely to your system and perform the work when possible in order to save you money.
